What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and lead key partnership initiatives, ensure their successful implementation, conduct onboarding and training and provide ongoing relationship management.
  • Understand and document client workflows to shape partnership strategy and maximize adoption of IntelliScript solutions
  • Communicate practical strategy recommendations to key stakeholders within IntelliScript
  • Create and maintain alignment of partnership strategies across IntelliScript teams
  • Monitor partner activity to measure the impact and success of the partnerships
  • Conduct product training for new and existing users as needed
  • Navigate complex situations and requirements
  • Work with Account Executives (Sales) to forecast and support future business
  • Manage legal documents as needed, e.g. agreements, amendments, BAA, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contacts, initiatives, and activities in Salesforce
  • Study current market conditions and industry trends that affect our partners and our business

What We Need

  • 5+ more years of professional experience
  • 5+ more years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication across mediums (phone, email, video for screen-sharing, in person)
  • Degree of understanding complex, technical projects and effective management of multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to travel 15-20% for conferences, team events and client meetings

Location

This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI; however, this position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to work onsite in the Milliman office as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences and team events (up to 25%).

The base salary for the position will vary with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $125,000 depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a significant performance-based bonus plan, profit sharing, and generous benefits.
